Nerviano, 9 January 2023 NMS Group S.p.A. (NMS Group), the largest oncological R&D company in Italy, announces the appointment of Ms. Sidney Dung as Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect. Ms. Dung, currently a member of the Company’s Executive Leadership Team and Chief of Staff, will take primary responsibility for accelerating groupwise operational performance, continuing the transformation of the business model of each subsidiary and implementing the strategic vision and values of the company, in collaboration with leaders across the firm in her new role as COO.
With over 20 years of experience leading strategic initiatives with cross-functional and multinational teams in manufacturing, transportation, financial services and consultancy sectors with a strong focus in business development, project management and external communications, Ms. Dung joined NMS Group since 2019 to expand her horizon further to the bio-tech sector applying her unique skill set to reinforce the Company’s unique value proposition. “Sidney has deep institutional knowledge of our Company and has been a key driver to our growth,” said Hugues Dolgos, Pharm.D., Chief Executive Officer. “She helped established our new vision and, as part of our Executive Leadership Team, she has been instrumental in shaping our strategic priorities and played a key role in the transformation process.
